Strawberries, Chocolate and Champagne all sing romance to me! I’ve combined them in a delicious, easy to make, truffle for a decadent dessert you are sure to love.
What You Need:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 1/4 cup crumbled vanilla wafers
1/4 cup champagne
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup strawberry preserves
Beat cream cheese until creamy, add melted chocolate and beat until smooth. Mix in crumbled vanilla wafers, strawberry preserves, vanilla and champagne. Place in covered bowl in refrigerator for an hour to chill. Shape into balls and roll or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator.
