Easy Cheesy Potato Soup

Potato Soup is a family favorite.  The hubs and I have often gone out to dinner just for Potato Soup and warm rolls.  I make this Easy Cheesy Potato Soup all year long  even when it is not necessarily “soup weather”. This is seriously the easiest Potato Soup you can make and it turns out delicious every time!  Everyone who tries this soup, including my picky eater, loves it. The best part is that this is a No Fail recipe for Potato Soup.

EASY CHEESY POTATO SOUP

What you Need:
2 – 32 ounce Chicken Broth
1 – 26 ounce Cream of Chicken Soup
1 –  package Tater Tots (partially thawed)
1 – 8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 – 2 lb Velveeta Cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

In a crockpot add Chicken Broth, Cream of Chicken Soup, Cubed Velveeta Cheese and Tater tots.  Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.  I stir every hour or so but it isn’t mandatory.  30 minutes before end of cooking time smash the tater tots with a large spoon (they will likely already be falling apart) then cube cream cheese and add to crockpot. Stir a few times to help melt the cream cheese.

My Easy Cheesy Potato Soup turns out delicious every time!
