It’s a cookie we have all eaten. It’s also one that I hear people complaining didn’t turn out well. They are too runny, too sticky, too hard. I am here to tell you how to make perfect no bake cookies every time!
My Granny taught me to make them. She and I made a few hundred dozen over the years together. Every time I make them I think of her fondly.
What you Need:
2 Cups granulated sugar
1 Stick butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup baking cocoa
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Cup Quick Quaker Oats
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
In large saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk, peanut butter and cocoa. Bring to a rolling boil* over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue boiling 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in oats and vanilla. Drop by tablespoonfuls on parchment paper. Cool until set.
Follow these directions and your cookies will turn out perfect every time!
*Don’t know what a rolling boil is for sure? No worries, I have a video for you to see !
