My all time favorite ice cream is Mint Chocolate Chip. Any time I get to have a bowl, it brings me back to my childhood. I have been wanting to try my hand at making my own ice cream, however, I don’t have an ice cream maker (yet!) Luckily, I found out how to make ice cream without the need to churn!
You Will Need:
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Mint Extract (be sure its mint, not peppermint)
Green Food Coloring
In a large bowl, whisk condensed milk, food coloring and mint.
Add heavy cream and whisk on high speed until soft peaks form.
Fold in chocolate chips and spread mixture into a loaf pan.
Cover with foil and freeze overnight or until firm.
Serve and enjoy thinking about Summer when you were a child, and you didn’t need to worry about laundry, calories, or making dinner.
