Protein is high on the list of things I try to get my 7 year old to eat. He happens to love eggs, cheese and bacon. Hello Quiche!
What you need:
6 Eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
6 green onions
6 slices of bacon
2 cups of shredded cheese
Pie Plate or Casserole Dish
Add eggs and sour cream to bowl and whisk to combine
Fry your bacon to your desired crispiness and chop. We like ours to be slightly firm but not powdery
Chop Green Onions
Pour Egg/Sour Cream Mixture into your pie plate.
Top with Bacon, Green Onions and Cheese
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve!

Mmmm, eggs, I don’t usually do quiche’s but frittatas, but I may have to try this with the sour cream in the base.
