Strawberries, Chocolate and Champagne all sing romance to me! I’ve combined them in a delicious, easy to make, truffle for a decadent dessert you are sure to love.
What You Need:

1 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 1/4 cup crumbled vanilla wafers
1/4 cup champagne
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
